It takes a special individual to dedicate their time to OCEAP and our partners.  Do you have what it takes?

Requirements:

• Minimum 19 years of age
• Vulnerable sector screening  clearance from your local police service
• Class G drivers license and reliable vehicle
• Capable of responding to Port Hope or Cobourg within 90 minutes of an emergency call
• Standard First Aid and CPR level C
• Ability to work in a paramilitary command structure
• Dedicate the time to respond to call outs, training and events  [ 6-8 hours per month]
• Members must purchase their own uniform and kit within their first year [ approx. $300 ]

WE HOLD RECRUITING DRIVES 4 TIMES PER YEAR.

New recruit classes are held in April, May, September and October.  Those who are interested can contact us at any time and we will add you into the queue for the next class.
